🚫 No Refunds After Order Processing or Shipping
All sales are final.
Once an order has been:
Confirmed and processed, or
Shipped from our warehouse
It cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged upon arrival
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item sent)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos or video evidence of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
A replacement item, or
A partial/full refund at our discretion
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is refused or not claimed by the customer, no refund will be issued.
